Investment Policy

To secure your appointment and compensate for the time dedicated to drawing, design, and scheduling, an initial investment is required for all appointments.Investment Amount: $100.00 CADThis will be applied directly to the final cost of your tattoo.

Rescheduling & Transfer Policy

We require adequate notice for any changes to your appointment. Your investment is one-time transferable to a new date, provided you meet the notice requirements below.Required Notice: You must contact us at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled appointment time to reschedule.Investment Transfer: If you provide 72+ hours notice, your $100 initial investment will be transferred to your new appointment date one time only.Forfeiture of Investment: You will forfeit (lose) the initial investment and be required to pay a new amount to re-book if you:Cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice.No-call, No-show (fail to show up without any notice).Arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.

Touch-up Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer one complimentary touch-up under the following conditions.Free Period: A single complimentary touch-up is provided for up to one year (12 months) from the date of the original tattoo.Exclusions: Free touch-ups do not apply to tattoos located on high-wear areas due to natural fading and movement. These areas include:Hands and FingersFeet and AnklesEarsKnees and Elbows(Touch-ups for these excluded areas will be quoted at a discounted rate.)Conditions: The free touch-up is void if the fading is determined to have resulted from improper healing or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Design & Day-of-Appointment Policy

Ghostie Tattoo will interpret your booking request in their distinct style.Design Viewing: Designs are typically finalized and available for viewing at the start of your appointment. Minor changes (sizing, small element adjustments) will be made at that time. Excessive changes requiring a complete redesign may require rebooking.Age and ID: You must be 18 years of age or older and present valid government photo ID on the day of your appointment.Preparation: Please arrive to your appointment well-fed, hydrated, and sober.
